Next PostNext Robin Gemperle is a rider that oozes unfulfilled potential. If you scan his results he’s managed some respectable rides, but nothing spectacular. A 16th in his debut in Barcelona last year, followed by a 20th in Milan. His season opener in Brooklyn didn’t go according to plan either. However the results alone don’t tell the full story. It was hard to not be impressed by Gamperle in Barcelona, where despite his lack of experience he was launching attacks and riding comfortably at the front of the race. In Brooklyn he took 7th in his stacked qualifying heat and then again proceeded to ride comfortably in the top five wheels until a red flag incident took him out of contention. We think if Gemperle has some good luck and follows the right wheels in London he could be fighting for a podium spot. #redhookcrit #rhcl3
