The 2017 men's field is filled with past winners, including Mengistu Nebsi who won the inaugural Brookyln RHC 5K in 2012. He's fresh off of a 29:04 10K performance a few weeks ago in Central Park. Also pictured are Aylele Feisa who won at the BK Navy Yard in 2013, and last year's winner Abebe Mekuria. They'll be joined by at least 10 other men who are capable of running under 15 minutes in the 5K.
